Our Mission: To provide Christ-Centered care and support to those inside and outside our congregation who are experiencing grief or hardship due to the death of a loved one, miscarriage, illness, loneliness, depression, divorce, loss of employment or any other life difficulties.
Our Vision: To be the hands and feet of Christ, reaching out to those in need and walking alongside them during their difficulties, assuring them that they don’t have to journey alone.
We will serve those in need by:
• Listening to them/Praying with and for them
• Hospital/Nursing Home visits
• Funeral Home/Funeral presence
• Meal Trains
• Home Repairs/Maintenance
• Financial Assistance
• Any other service that we are able to perform or facilitating appropriate referral
• Maintaining strict confidentiality
