TCM International has their stateside offices in Indianapolis, Indiana. TCM has changed throughout the years responding to the needs of Christians in Eastern Europe.
Their European headquarters are outside Vienna, Austria at Haus Edelweiss. This is a conference center designed to house nationals for classes. Students are also able to take classes in more than 18 sites inside Eastern European and Central Asian countries. Students at this time are able to earn advanced degrees from the TCM International Institute. TCMI is an accredited seminary with over 800 students. The classes are taught by very qualified professors using translators when necessary. Former students of this program are now leaders in their countries with very effective ministries.
